Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ReAIAgent (“ReAIAgent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by CertiHomes LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located in Piscataway, New Jersey, USA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReAIAgent website, membership, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

ReAIAgent is an AI marketing-content membership for licensed real estate agents. Membership includes access to AI-generated marketing videos, listing content, templates, training, and related tools. We offer the following plans and products:

  • Basic membership — $47/month or $470/year
  • Premium membership — $97/month or $970/year
  • Avatar render credit packs (one-time purchases) — 10 credits for $15, 30 credits for $39, or 100 credits for $99

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for licensed real-estate professionals aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Billing and payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a full refund is available within 14 days of your first membership charge, and unused credit packs are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase.

6. Your content and generated content

You retain ownership of the materials you upload and, subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the marketing content generated for you through the Service in your real-estate business. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with applicable real-estate advertising rules, MLS policies, fair housing laws, and any brokerage requirements. Generated content is stored on our servers so you can access it from your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation;
  • resell, share, or sublicense your membership without our written consent;
  • use the Service to create content that infringes the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and training materials, is owned by CertiHomes LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated content may contain errors — review all content before publishing it. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome from use of the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertiHomes LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
