This Privacy Policy explains how CertiHomes LLC (Piscataway, New Jersey, USA), the operator of ReAIAgent, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ReAIAgent service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and sign-in data — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and, if you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, the basic profile information that provider shares with us.
  • Generated content — the marketing videos, images, and text you create with the Service, and any materials you upload to create them, are stored on our servers so you can access them from your account.
  • Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive from Stripe only what we need to manage your subscription (e.g., plan, payment status, and the last four digits of your card).
  • Usage data — standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your membership.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
  • To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

3. We never sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service — such as Stripe for payment processing and our hosting infrastructure — and only to the extent needed to provide the Service, or where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data and generated content while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by using your account settings or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

7. Children

The Service is for professionals aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
