Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying ReAIAgent. This policy applies to all purchases made through the Service, which is operated by CertiHomes LLC (Piscataway, New Jersey, USA). All payments are processed by Stripe.

1. Memberships (Basic and Premium)

• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund of your first membership charge (monthly or annual) when you request it within 14 days of that first charge.
• Renewals: you can cancel at any time and your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable outside the 14-day first-charge window, but if something went wrong — for example a charge after you tried to cancel — email us and we will make it right.

2. Avatar render credit packs

• Unused credit packs (10 for $15, 30 for $39, or 100 for $99) are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase.
• Partially used packs may be refunded pro-rata for the unused credits at our discretion.

3. How to request a refund

Email krishna@certihomes.com from the address on your account with the word “Refund” in the subject line. No hoops — we typically respond within one business day.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
